Online Permit Applications

The Town of Signal Mountain has launched a new system for permit management. You may now apply for a permit and track its progress through this portal.  If you do not have a contractor access code, you must set up a contractor access code the first time you use the portal.  If you need assistance setting up your account or using this new system, please call 423-886-2177, ext. 204.   

This Signal Mountain Online Permit Portal link can be used for all permit submissions. Payment for the permit can also be completed through the online portal.

The Town of Signal Mountain prefers applicants to utilize the Online Permit Portal. However, if that is not feasible, the permit package can still be downloaded using the links below.  Fill out the appropriate permit package for the project and email the completed form to  Payment for the permit can be made by mail with a check or in person with a credit card or check. The permit will be emailed after the payment is received.
